PantryPath: Automated Ticketing System
We partnered with CLUES’ Canasta Familiar food shelf in St. Paul, MN, to transform their check-in process. To serve over 300 weekly participants more efficiently, our team developed an Automated Ticketing System. This innovative solution is designed to streamline operations and significantly improve the experience for both participants and staff.
CLUE-ME-IN: Directory Kiosk
Addressing limited front desk support and client information challenges at CLUES, we developed the “Clue-Me-In” Directory Kiosk. This interactive prototype empowers users to access information, view layouts, and check in. It’s approved for further development, promising a better client experience!
