PantryPath: Automated Ticketing System
We partnered with CLUES’ Canasta Familiar food shelf in St. Paul, MN, to transform their check-in process. To serve over 150+ weekly participants more efficiently, our team developed an Automated Ticketing System. This innovative solution is designed to streamline operations and significantly improve the experience for both participants and staff.
CLUE-ME-IN: Directory Kiosk
Addressing limited front desk support and client information challenges at CLUES, we developed the “Clue-Me-In” Directory Kiosk. This interactive prototype empowers users to access information, view layouts, and check in. It’s approved for further development, promising a better client experience!
